As if bringing attention to the song/a picture from set would be in any way beneficial. They have set (NEARING!) dates, where rush releasing would only hurt the song. The leaks have been claimed as best as UMG can, where mainly the bigger fans have witnessed them. Gaga gets more attention from moles/hackers for $ because she's one of the biggest stars. Song leaks as far as first singles go are pretty much guaranteed from now on because they have to be distributed so much prior to the release.
