RAMROD 105,953
I feel sorry for her. However, she did this in the wrong timing. I believe she know well enough that messing with sports team and its athletes are a big no no. Especially doing it this way, which is kinda dirty. derpmonster 22,412
So sick of sexual assault survivors being treated like sh*t and disrespected while we're forced to "honor" the legacy of rapists. 7 hours ago, Lord Temptation said: Gayle and Oprah need to shut up. Why do they only go after BLACK men accused of rape, when Oprah has been buddies with Harvey Weinstein for 25 years? Sis stop it. You decry identity politics and then weaponize it when it's convenient for you. Check yourself before you accuse a black woman of being anti-black. I can't see the video says "not available in your country" what did she say? Ppl do flip out over small things tho Like Julian's comments when asked about weight and Lizzo... Chromichiga 184
I jus wanna know why Gayle thought that was a good idea. But I do also feel bad because no one ever deserves hate for mistakes like this

Mitchey 880
Good on fkn Gayle. No matter how horrible the accident was, it doesn’t change the fact that Kobe forced himself on a woman who didn’t consent. He RAPED her. No matter how long ago this took place, it HAPPENED. It’s awful that Kobe died the way he did, but let’s please not turn him into the victim in the context of his sexual assault TILL IT HAPPENS TO YOU, PEOPLE, god dam. Society these days and sensitivity I brought it up on GGD and like 7 million people quoted me and called me "disgusting" for bringing attention to it. If Harvey had died, these same people would be saying "good riddance" but it's their icon, so they flip out. It's less of a sensitivity issue because it's selective. This scenario is more like a stan war. You say something about their fave and get dragged. Check out iTunes data & graphs at CHARTPOP.live
spector 1,908
basically, oprah and gayle are me and @derpmonster. we tried to balance out the situation and mention the importance of honoring the life of the survivor, and all we got was bullying, the mods closed the thread, and then punished us. our voice, and, by extension, that of the survivor, was censored and taken away. disgusting that this is happening to her, but i'm not surprised, sadly. within this mico-culture, the very same dynamic played out. stella + elliot = stelliot
