It's not necessarily about being honest, but more about the fact that he entered the race as more of a progressive, but as soon as he realized that lane was already fully occupied, he started shifting to the right because it was more opportunistic to his chances. Political party monikers are irrelevant. Pete entered as a Progressive Democrat, then changed course to a Moderate Democrat when he saw he had no avenue to run that way. That's the difference. I consider myself an independent and more of a centrist than a lot of people that frequent these threads but I'm a registered Democrat so I can participate in the Dem's primary. Taking the opportunity to use a label for viability or participation isn't a bad thing imo. Bernie did what he had to do by slapping a "D" next to his name I get your point but I don't consider it lying.
