Why would you choose to drag one of the least problematic artists ever. On top of that Ellie's work is far from boring. They have some nerve seeing as their last hit was literally in 2009 and from what I recall in my area growing up the David guetta remix was more popular than the original. When she'd just come on the scene, she made several quotes taking aim at the current stars of the time and I remember thinking that she'd better be careful, artists with that much of an ego straight out the gate using crash and burn not long after. And boy, was I right. One hit (which wasn't even that much of a hit, really), her bandmate quit after one album and the follow-up album several years later went absolutely nowhere. Now she's waited another few years to come back with no fanfare, still as cocky as ever. I don't know where she gets the nerve. Artists should keep their opinions about other artists to themselves as they're all in the same boat and as the phrase goes: "Be careful who you're mean to on the way to the top, because you'll meet them again on the way back down." Michael Jackson once said that in all his years, he had never insulted another artist because a good artist doesn't need to do that. Regardless of what you think of him, he was right.
