Stupid Love should be released along with music video

I don't think it's appropriate to make an announcement of Stupid Love, if Gaga wanted to proceed with Stupid Love being the lead single, she should surprise-release it along with the music video. The reason is simply because that tons of fans have already heard the song, clubs are already playing it. There is no point releasing the song, or announcing the song when tons of people have listened to it. Even if the GP hasn't listened to it, we don't want that PR disaster of having tons of comments saying 'We already heard it sis.'

The only way to release it like it's a new thing is to release it along with a music video, like the original plan for Applause. That way even fans who have heard it will have something new to watch, and it won't be awkward for the people who've bopped to it for hundreds of times.

Also I'm sure some critics have already listened to it, and they might have moderate reviews in hand ready to be released. If we really want to secure as many positive reviews as possible, the video might change their minds and let them see the complete vision.

I agree. With any product, you need to give the people something they don't have already.  

We already have the song (unless the final is way different). So what's left? A video and performances to get more people talking/streaming.

That said, it's hard to determine the overall impact of the leak. Many of us on GGD have the song, but what percentage of Gaga listeners are we?
1%? 2%? If that's the case, the leak doesn't matter that much. She could just release the song only.
