The half time show occurs during the break between the second and third quarters (the break itself is approximately 20-30 minutes long for those watching at home). I'd guess around 8:30ish (it's 7:20ish right now) plus or minus 20 minutes (yeah sorry that's not at all exact but it never is with football games because of the way the plays and penalties are plus all the ads).
