The Applause music video surprised me because of how out of ideas she was :rip: #sorrynotsorry

Well considering how short she was in terms of time, she still delivered.

Meet a damaged girl, meet a damaged guy

When I listenned to poker face for the first time. I still remember I was on my mum's computer, my sister told me "have you heard the gaga singer new song?", we downloaded it on an app where it took literally 2 days to download music :saladga: when I listened to it I instantly became addicted to the song, I was shook I couldn't stop listening to it.

When Cheek to Cheek randomly went from being a small side project to a full-fledged era, and one of her best eras at that, serving some amazing performances, vocals and looks, while introducing me to some incredible jazz legends whose music I still listen to regularly. :ohwell:

One of her best music videos. They say you always create your best art during your worst times, and the Applause video is proof of that. A pop visual masterpiece. :staymad:

Thats stupid Luv

The first time was the paparazzi vmas, and the blood and being unsure if she’d hurt herself on the piano or something -  I didn’t know she was THAT bitch until it happened.

Then bad romance video dropped shortly after and the bitch has been surprising me ever since.

Telephone, Meat dress, Born this way cover, Vessel, applause vma performance, dropping a jazz album , sound of music tribute , joining season 5 of AHS, Stevie wonder tribute(I didn’t know she had that range!) National anthem, super bowl half time,  golden globe win, Oscar nomination, then shallow becoming a hit after one teaser trailer 😂 , her winning an oscar, sweeping 5 Grammys in two years after seeing her get 0 for btw and ARTPOP 😭 - she really keeps me on my toes and it’s genuinely for better or worse never what I expect.

The only times I’ve ever felt even a touch bit disappointed is when she’s rested on the success of her previous achievements (I.e the GUY video while fun felt too bizarre for bizarres sake) or  enigma (an amazing show still!) being a bit formulaic to her earlier concerts.

I love that she pushes boundaries and even in her least inventive moments , she is so enjoyable to watch! I love not being able to guess what she’s plotting next. We stan, yeah

- First time I saw her on TV, performing Just Dance (on the Sunday Night Project) and sung completely live and actually sounded better than the record, I was blown away. In the age of all the pop stars lip-synced or sounded not great to bad live.

- Paparazzi at the VMA's

- Giant bathtub on the X Factor stage

- Performing an acoustic version of Telephone at the Brit awards, when everyone was expecting a Bad Romance performance and it was the best performance of the night

- Telephone and Alejandro videos

- Singing born This Way when accepting Video of the Year at the VMA's / Meat Dress

- Turning up to the Grammy's in the vessel and entering the stage inside it

- Opening her Radio 1 Big Weekend show heavily pregnant and in latex/punk/fetish gear followed by singing Orange Coloured Sky

- Lady Is a Tramp duet

- BTWB stage being a three story castle

- SXSW performance

- Sound of Music performance

- Actually being good at acting in AHS Hotel

- Changing complete music direction and releasing a country influenced album

- The Cure surprise drop at Coachella

- A Star Is Born being so good, it turned out far and beyond my expectations

The slayage

Sound of Music at the Oscars :tony:

I had my mouth wide open, couldnt believe that was her voice. She has still to make a better performance than that one (vocally). Also Superbowl begining was pretty spectacular too!
