Lets change up the track listing to Gaga’s solo pop albums (feel free to throw in C2C if you want) and let’s pick a different intro and closing song! Some things you may wanna keep in mind: opening track should be one that makes the listener want to hear the rest to of the album, and could be somewhat indicative of the albums overall sound, energy, and concept. closing track should be a fond farewell to the listener! Something that is maybe a bit more heart felt and authentic/genuine. This is the track that says “that’s all for now. see you next time, love Gaga” these are by no means any rules- just some pointers to consider while making your selections! heres mine- The Fame: 1. Paparazzi 14. Brown Eyes The Fame Monster: 1. Dance In The Dark 8. Speechless Born This Way: 1. Born This Way 14. Marry The Night ARTPOP: 1. ARTPOP 15. Gypsy Joanne: 1. A-YO 11. So Happy I Could Die This one was really hard I'm just so used to BR as the opening track and imo it fits so well... BORN THIS WAY 1. Born This Way 17. Marry The Night In this case, I've always felt that MTN would fit better as the ending track? Idk, I love TEOG ending the album but MTN would also end the album in a magnificent way . ARTPOP 1. Applause 15. Gypsy I don't think Applause would fit well opening AP, I just think Aura is the perfect intro . CHEEK TO CHEEK 1. Cheek to Cheek 15. Ev'ry Time We Say Goodbye JOANNE 1. A-YO 13. And you’re selection for C2C is great as well:) for me ARTPOP was the toughest as Aura is undoubtably the best opening track. I was debating between Applause and ARTPOP.
