Billie is doing well and deserves her success, however LG makes the label more money. Her brand also sells on it's own. Interscope likely won't put AS MUCH effort in LG (playlisting etc) because she makes money regardless. Artists like Selena Gomez require big label push to get that started. These type of artists require the label the push them to get to the kind of level LG is at. A level where their brand just makes money on it's own.

Gaga has nothing to prove anymore. She's been in the industry for a decade now, won multiple awards. I wouldn't be too afraid about Billie's success, I'm actually proud of seeing other talented girls around, it's just a good thing for the industry and it doesn't affect Gaga in any way.

THIS. with all due respect billie is LOCAL at her peak while gaga has had INTERNATIONAL/CULTURAL IMPACT. there's literally university courses at prestigious universities that discuss gaga's impact on pop culture.

Billie isn’t local.  

Her debut went #1 in every major country worldwide and she’s had 3 singles reach the top 10 in all of the major music countries worldwide.
