I feel like new music is  still far away. The way she answered Oprah question and responded to the leak proof that to me. Also, I feel like now with the make up and acting : Music is not her priority, she is not that passioned, excited about releasing music. In her 3 first eras she used to have an album title a year before the release, she used to give us hints, lyrics and connect with us to keep us both updated and excited. Now she became too careless, sadly this happens to all pop stars after they reach their peak and have enough fans.

People take that Oprah thing way too seriously. She was there to talk about mental health and she’s sick of getting asked about the album. So she gave a short answer to kind of blow it off. I answer the exact same way when I’m tired of getting asked and pressured about something. It doesn’t necessarily mean anything besides that she didn’t feel like talking about it

Exactly, she's no going to do that. The worst she would do is release an EP instead of the original LG6 and change the things.

Or....ppl do the I'm most and the fun to bullsh!t ratio has been to skewed  too much for them. Being "active" now, particularly in the age of social media, sucks. She is secure enough, on all fronts, to bounce from this clownery-- like RiRi, like Bey.

Can you imagine working for months, years, on a project and then find someone's broken into your private space, taken all of it-- all of your time, effort, love, pieces of your soul-- and thrown it into the wind?

Would you even want to make more work for the public after that?

They have been working hard since 2017 tho. There have been teases and stupid love had a leak a year ago, so one can assume that bop pop track has been sitting there gathering dust.
