Sources: Obama anxious about Sanders

Bernie's many supporters must have some source of income if he's consistently getting the largest amount of campaign donations from American citizens :giggle:

When I see all the hate for Obama or Biden, I wish Bernie to become president, but without having the majority in the House and Senate, to make some of his supporters understand that what Obama did in 8 years is almost miraculous.

Those drone strikes were truly miraculous, oh wow.

Last night I was at dinner with about 10 other people, including moderate Democrats and moderate Republicans (as well as a few far-right conservatives; no socialists were present). Naturally the conversation turned to politics at some point.

The consensus - not just majority opinion, consensus - was that they'd feel comfortable voting for Biden and maaaybe Klobuchar, but their strong preference is actually Bloomberg. Someone with business acumen, a strong personality, and a lot of experience without Biden's advanced age.

These are people who hate Trump and want pretty much any reason to vote against him - but the economy is doing well and they just don't agree that our entire economy, government, and way of life need to be flipped on their head like Sanders wants to. Maybe because they're all adults with jobs...

We need to put forward a moderate Democratic alternative to Trump or Trump will win with very little trouble.

**** your friends. They will not be affected by whoever gets votes. Let’s be real.

Thank god Bernie doesn’t hate on & despise Obama like you do, because then he would have Absolutely NO Chance at getting the above 35 Black Vote!  SMDH

Who said I HATE Obama? :rip:

Also, I'm sure black people can think for themselves and decide who they like regardless of whether someone praises a black president or not.

Have you seen the conspiracy theories the right endorses and regurgitate??

Need I even mention QAnon or the whole Deep State and absolutely atrocious things they believe??

But somehow the "far left" who you consistently demean is akin to that. Not to mention you make this sweeping generalization about all progressives and "Far Leftists" based on some anecdotes and a few people who go overboard because people like you are constantly targeting and undermining them.

Wow, so apparently one anecdote suddenly gets to be used as a broad sweeping generalization for how all Americans are! Who would have known.

I guess to hell with actual science and representative samples, or the millions and millions of Americans who are hurting and not seeing this "great economy" that you and MSM love to talk about.

Hate to break it to you, but just because a few well-off people you had dinner with feel great about things, doesn't mean that's how every or even most Americans feel, or reperesent how all Americans feel about the candidates. Last I checked Wall Street profits and the stock market are not good indicators for how the average American is doing.

Also the fact that wages are super low and have shown little- to no movement all the while corporate profits have soared.

It's quite ironic you saying that certain talking points aren't facts when you're constantly spewing and throwing around conservative talking points that are pushed by the MSM and people like you as "facts".

We so called "Far Left liberals" can see right through this **** because these are the same arguments that were used last time for why we needed Hillary to be the candidate and why she was the best to beat Trump. And the sad thing is I fell for this in 2016 and believed that. And how'd that turn out?

And don't give me the same tired argument people like to pivot to that she won the popular vote blah blah blah when we all know that's completely irrelevant in the face of how you win the American presidency. Fact is she lost, including in states that a Democrat hasn't lost in decades, for being a weak, unpopular candidate, who failed to energize the Democratic base and get them out.

Yet what you take from that loss is to take basically the same candidate (an establishment politician who won't energize anyone) and put him up against a populist candidate like Trump who energizes his fanatic base and raises endless sums of money.

Good luck with that! You couldn't be more out-of-touch and brainwashed by conservative MSM talking points though. :ohwell:

Their posts are getting more and more embarrassing :rip:

Imagine living in a bubble where your anecdotes are facts and political definitions mean nothing because your feelings are more important :rip:

I do hope Obama makes a statement calling this bs what it is...bs :ohwell:

It's really no secret that Bernie isn't liked by a lot of Dems but Obama - one of the most influential political voices in the US - wouldn't risk Trump2020 just to be mean to Bernie.

Gotta give him more credit than that.

But apparently Hillary would. So we can't be too sure.

It's quite sad because the MSM and people like @PoshLifearen't even able to see their own bias because for them they run under the assumption that their own worldview and perspective is objective and the only correct one. For them, progressives and progressive candidates are just jokes, not to be taken seriously. They're not even there to them, just invisible. Not part of the club.

They laugh at and ridicule them from their perspective that's so ingrained in them that they aren't able to see their own views for what they are: biased and elitist.

So biased that you always fail to mention how POPULAR progressive policies actually are. Medicare For All, free college, forgiving student loan debt, getting money out of politic- all these policies are popular with the American people. But the MSM and people like @PoshLifeneglect this fact, instead fearmongering about them and how "socialists" will lose.

Like just be honest about it: you hate progressives and can't stand them because they actually want to change this CORRUPT SYSTEM. Because they won't be shut up, or be paid off by Democratic or Republican donors and sell out the American people.

Just own up to it already instead of pretending to be coming from this fake "objective" position that reeks of elitism and is saturated in debunked conservative talking points :smh:

Except Obama had a majority in the House AND Senate the first two years of his term....

I have more faith in Obama's sensibilities if I'm honest

Either way, I'd assume this isn't true until a more reliable source says otherwise.
