I doubt it  I'm pretty sure that billionaires like him and Deval were asked to run, and are just extra backup establishment candidates if Joe Biden were to fall. I mean, if I was actually interested in being president and not just running as a vanity project, and i was Michael Bloomberg, I would fully assume that they would throw their institutional support to me as an alternative to Joe Biden, and we know how pandering and silly politics is... They'll come out and say that Michael Bloomberg is a saint, they'll have prepared responses for "what about stop and frisk" to the black community, and much more.
