Maybe, if they get caught, but I think if they could get in trouble for it then they'd know not to do it. And since so much of what's on radio is paid for by middle men ("promoters") hired by the labels, they probably assume most artists would be glad their music is being played for free. Like a cat and mouse game that has us all confused, and that builds attention. The confusion strategy is working out well cuz so many ppl are now in anticipation. And she’s the puppet master. Hopefully just surprising us at the Grammys, or just dropping a music video. Without saying anything at all. That would be pretty bad a$$ Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time. It started with a fan asking that during the show we hearded Ratchet & Partynoxious and if we would ever get the chance to hear the tracks HQ, and gaga replied that both songs are out there somewhere on the internet to wich another fan responded that @Boris leaked them. She laughed and winked and continued saying; "I was soooo pissed! I wanted Aura to come out first, followed by Gypsy, then Sexxx Dreams and then ARTPOP, that's all very different than what has happend... She also said that she wanted us to tell the other fans that she has never been ashamed of ARTPOP and that the comments of the critics didn't hurt her, but seeing us being let down because we didn't like it has hurt her the most... When theres news of an eminent release the leak usually comes back Its not really science. Now the file is more valuable. Prob radios and gossip sites are behind as well of this things, to get scoops.
