The versesare weak, the prechorus is weak, then when you finally get to the chorus all it is - “I want your stupid love” followed by weak and outdated instrumentation. This cannot be a first single, it just can’t. my God Is it that hard for the pop girls to write a good pop song? A good pop song is easy to sing to, has a heavily identified and easy to sing chorus. I forgave her for Applause, I forgave her for Perfect Ilusion. But where is that Gaga they could write amazing pop songs. I would skip this even if it was an album filler.
