I really don't think so. I expect Pete's numbers to drop significantly after that piss poor debate performance last night.

I hope you're right!

When do candidates typically announce their VP? Who do you think Bernie is going to choose?

My guess is Nina Turner or Tulsi with Nina being much more likely.

There were rumors of Bernie's team looking into the possibility of having Elizabeth Warren as both VP and Sec of Treasury, and whether it would be legal (which it would). But they were only rumors and even if they were true, they could jut be investigating it to have more information on the possibilities and not necesarily go with Warren.

Harris Walz 2024

I think we're headed for a brokered convention where super delegates choose the nominee.

You can't expect a handout from the government to pay your school, medical, etc. It's simply too expensive for our governement to pay for 100%. There's alot of us that paid our dues and worked for our success.

There's so many layers on why this justification is so wrong lmao

I’m expecting it to be close at this point.

People are really eating up Pete’s fake victory tour.

Being in the top three is a victory for anyone. You dont like him we get it. But its still a win. I personally dont think he will get the nomination. I would be hapoy with Sanders. I wont be bitter. Im mostly happy that an LGBTQ+ person has any kind of lead. If anything its a good sign in the direction our country is going.

General statement

Can we just stop :neyde:

Im talking being violently bitter to each other and their views. Its ok to have a difference of opinion. Just respect each other  :poot:

I dont know what makes you think that Pete had a  bad debate. The fact that progressive media has him as a target and criticize every move he does, it doesnt mean anything. The people who value TYt or the hill aren't Pete supporters and no matter how many " bernie destroys pete" videos they do, their impact is minimal cause by now they have done it so many times.

Only mainstream media has an effect on moderate candidates and I didnt see them going after Pete, more than they did with Biden. It was a debate without big moments.

The moment the moderator called him out for flat out lying on the question about race relations in South Bend was the moment he lost it. You could tell he was like a deer in the headlights up there. Donald Trump would wipe the floor with him if he ever wound up being the nominee.

What Donald Trump has to do with what are talking about?

You can have your opinion, but your opinion is basically the same as before the debate. That's all I'm saying.

Donald Trump has everything to do with what I'm talking about. Pete's debate performance last night proved that he's not up to the task of taking on or debating Donald Trump! He would lose in a landslide.

Pete debate performance was ok. No one had a real impact yesterday. But yea, I get that Pete is the target of Bernie supporters at the moment, but you aren't convincing any moderate. :huntyga:

It's fine. I'm not trying to convince you of anything. His campaign will be done after he loses NH on Tuesday anyway. :)

trumps counting on dems to shoot themselves in the foot again and no make Sanders the nominee. He knows he’s got a tough fight that he’ll likely lose if Sanders is the nominee.
