But you also want children to be taught by wallowing in the chaos of the world. There is a difference learning "oh, if I fall out of a tree, I'll break something" and "If I bully someone mercilessly or if I'm bullied mercilessly for years on end, mental trauma may set I and I'll get depression and other mental disorders". If you only see the negatives in the world then that'll be your conclusion. Sitting a drag queen inn front of them won't change their idea of equality. If you did this with teens maybe it'd be effective but little kids forget things sooner than they hear it. Like I said, let kids be kids. And that's the last I'm saying about it. She has a pretty warped mind on queer representation , and if those things are a factor to her drag and queer identity then yes she should keep that to the clubs, but not everyone is like that 💀 and entertainers can and do work appropriate material for a broader range of audiences. I for one ain’t writhing on the floor or even drinking when I do shows , some of us try to keep it professional (and hey do whatever you want if you’re a queen or king by all means, just keep it appropriate for different audiences) - this queen needs to Stop thinking so negatively of the queer community and drag scene tbqh 😅

I loved reading but I wouldn't sit down with a bunch of other people to do it. The American school system demolishes anyone's love of reading. But you're underestimating children. This is a preventative measure more than anything. Also, what you say is wrong. If anything, children just stop away things for a later date. Traumas experienced in childhood turn into mental disorders in adulthood.

Edonis 28,950
I don't think it's an issue that a drag queen is reading to kids. I mean I remembers shows targeting kids that included people wearing what would be considered 'drag' today cracking jokes and stuff. There was no issue with that. Club-talk is a different thing altogether. And regardless of drag, children shouldn't be in clubs so. Don't see their point.
