It not like she was sharing it on an unsecure sound cloud....which still wouldn't be her fault (it'd be the thieves) but at least I could sort of understand your point in that scenario. If you are going to come for someone that's not the thieves, come for Interscope/UMG for sending the track so early to the radio station or the radio station itself. And yeah, Gaga is blameless in this situation—you think she's powerful enough that she can tell Interscope/UMG to send it super early even if they think it's bad idea? Yes, it's technically wrong (it's stolen property) but there are levels of bad behavior. So, whatever. If the song was stolen from a server or Interscope sent a promo CD to someone that leaked it, then it is unequivocally not her fault. I truly have no idea why the hell people are blaming Gaga when she literally has ZERO power over things like that. The blame would fall on Interscope and the thieves who stole it. Gaga does not oversee every single little thing or person that handles the music.
