That huge peak may have lasted only 2 to 2.5 years but it was a very high peak

 

Not only was it hit after hit (Just dance to Born This Way was 7 hit singles in a row) but she was huge on media as well

 

She won like every award you vote for, had the most twitter followers, most viewed artist on YouTube at the time, most buzzed on media, biggest tours and album sales too...

 

She was the biggest in every category of success at the time. She dominated the market across the board not just in album sales like Adele or Taylor, Streams like Drake, hit singles like Katy Perry did etc

 

It was every category!
