Firstly, the shows pretty clearly going to be all about Lizzo/Billie/Ariana and that wouldn't be conducive to performing a new single. Secondly, she has that Florida performance a few days after and is probably busy trying to finish up LG6 if it's coming out in the next 1-2 months. Sara also does makeup for other people though like Priyanka Chopra and Sienna Miller So she could just mean that.
