Aren't the other artists' shows uploaded to youtube? Taylor's and Jennifer Lopez' for example?

And how is that a good place to promote a new song? Just some video I’ve uploaded online of a live show that most people don’t know about

I think it seems quite realistic that February could be the start of the LG6 era.

If the album is dropping in April / May (which is likely, and in line with most intel) - we should expect February - April to be pretty busy.

Because of streaming, artists tend to release singles prior to the album release itself... and since the success of streaming, in part, is based on recent output (algorithm favours this) - it would make sense to release the actual album after a good two months of new material.

So, we could be looking at something like this:

February: Lead

March: Second single

April: Third single + fourth single.

May: Album

And aside from the lead, the pre-releases could all be promo singles. I mean, the distinction between the two is essentially over now, anyway - which, possibly, could mean more 'singles' in each month to tease the full album.

But if Gaga (or, Interscope - since they handle this) opt for a very  'stream-optimised' roll-out, we could definitely be looking at a February single release and a May LG6 release.

Spoiler

Interscope are extremely focused on rolling-out their releases in accordance to what works on streaming platforms.

Billie Eilish and Madonna both followed similar, 'front-loaded' schedules as examples.

After countless rumours, I’ve been numb from LG6 rumours excitement. But this new rumour and your post just gave me that chills and excitement again. I hope this will be true.

Does it matter? Damage is done

Ah, that's great - whether any of this is true or not, its always good to feel like we have something to look forward to.

The truth is, as antagonising as the wait for LG6 has been, when it is finally here - we will quickly miss that feeling of anticipation.

Before you know it, we'll be making threads about LG7.

Things move so quickly, and it's often the case that we take for granted the optimism and excitement that makes 'pre-eras' - in many ways - arguably more exciting than the eras themselves.

Anyway, digression aside - I, personally, don't think it can be a coincidence that Gaga has chosen to perform a big show in February, and is rumoured (reliably) to be recruiting a new team / new additions for it (and possibly for an MV, too).

I expect the pre-Superbowl show to be a bespoke performance that maybe serves to get us hyped before an imminent single release W/C 3rd Feb.

Thisss. I would believe if it was for a performance, but Gaga stopped caring about music videos in 2014 :selena:

I hope that this is true.
People are forgetting that Gaga gained a huge amount of new fans with ASIB.
The pressure is on For her to come back strong. She definitely needs to refresh her album rollouts and the way her eras are handled. This could be the start.

Not true. GUY was massive even though many fans dislike it, y’all can’t deny how invested she was in that video

Joanne videos were simple as they were intended to be, not because she didn’t care or had no budget. She’s one of the biggest artists under Instercope.

now especially after the ASIB OST and Shallow success, they will invest in her singles and streaming as they have tried before with The Cure

LG6 era will be huge. She’s taking her time but as soon as she comes back she will slap

Selena is an Interscope artist and her roll-out for Rare is a total mess so...

Lose you to love me and look at her now at the same time

the album come out today and there is no promo and no others single or music video :rip:

Do you guys think that at this point Gaga's feeling rushed to release something? After every tiring thread, twitter buzz and teasing she sure is aware of the world's thirst. I mean, does she have "music, not the bling" in mind and her new music is ready-set-go? She even looked exhausted from all the Elle Gee The VI questions from Oprah and the girl from that HausLabs tutorial.
