Look at Max Martin and for example his Britney tracks like Baby and Oops - they literally sound so similar. Also Calvin Harris is pretty famous for using same sounds during one era. Even Bloodpop. You can say whatever you want but the fact is that Gaga had the most unique sounding instrumentals on her RedOne songs like Bad Romance, Poker Face, Judas...
