French Montana Hacking SPOTIFY Accounts For More Streams

French Montana’s song “Writing on the Wall” charted on Spotify this past week, however, one Twitter user believes that the rapper and his team are faking their streams.

The single which features Post Malone, Cardi B, and Jamaican pop star, Rvssian, debuted on September 27 of last year but only spent five weeks on the Billboard Top 200.

Last week, the French Montana single reentered the U.S. streaming charts

A twitter user by the name @karlamagne brought this to attention and on January 3rd, he posted a twitter thread about why he believes French and his team are hacking personal Spotify accounts to boost their streaming numbers.

@karlamagne states that the song is only rising in popularity on Spotify. Even though it rose 27 spots to be within the top 50 on Spotify, the single dropped 105 spots on apple music, settling in at No. 1192.

COOOK

Never in my life heard that song, more surprised that it has Cardi in it.

Edit: French Montana may even be behind my own Spotify acc: I had to watch a long-a** video so I could get 30mins of no ads. Well, at the second song I got ads.

The fact that it doesnt rise on another platform isnt strong evidence. Every platform has songs that perform better than on other platforms.

Also, why buy fake streams, when you can buy ads that count as a stream?

Add "allegedly" to the title. It's one random person's claim.
