It has been 1 year since Britney announced career hiatus

and what an insane year it has been since in her world 

It will be 4 years since Britney released music in August 

Do you expect her career hiatus to continue throughout this year too? Do you ever think Domination will happen? (extremely unlikely) or do you think Britney is extremely unlikely to 'come back' to the business.

I'm just hoping this year is a better year for her, hopefully the conservatorship hearing this month which is regarding an investigation on her team will bring her closer to freedom.

I'd love music from her one day, but as much as i'd be saddened i'd support her if she wanted to just completely disappear from the spotlight.

Brief summary of what had happened after the announcement:

- Britney entered Mental Health Facility (Britney later confirmed in Court she was sent there against her will and was forced to take drugs)

- Britney's team giving interviews saying how bad her mental health is and how she would have 'died' if she didn't go to the facility

- Free Britney Movement (number of protests outside hearings)

- Lots of information on Britney's team leaked and their dodgy dealings 

- Court docs leaked of Jamie stating Britney had dementia (in order to get her into a Conservatorship) but this was quickly erased.

- Jamie wouldn't allow Lynne (Britney's mother) access to any of Britney's medical records or information on the Conservatorship - which then leads to Lynne fighting in Court.

- Britney & Lynne v Jamie Spears in Court

- Jamie Spears breaks down door and violently shakes Britney's son - restraining order against Jamie from being anywhere near Britney's sons for 3 years

- Britney's custody over children decreased due to Jamie's actions

- Britney's team and Jamie sue Britney fans for encouraging Free Britney movement

- Lynne Spears liking/commenting on Free Britney posts.

- Leaked emails from 2007 of Britney saying she was being stalked by her now Business Manager and how she wanted her dad to leave her alone

I know nothing about law but all the things listed here are more than enough for a decent Judge to completely free Britney. Also, didn't somebody who was supposed to help Britney... die?

Exactly, i've studied Law for England and Wales but we never got into the law surrounding this area that is impacting Britney, plus even if we did it wouldn't be much help due to it being a different Jurisdiction but I completely agree a good Judge would have put steps in place for the Conservatorship to be dissolved.

This is intense movie plot material, I hope it all ends this year. Can Kim K West bring this case to the national government's eye? Given her early and successful advocacy resume and influence, I'm sure she'll give this case the push that it needs.

Also low-key here for her and her team to give Britney a whole makeover after all of this, house revamp included, to be the unapologetic, happy and successful b*tch she so deserves to be.

i think it's insane this whole story hasn't been made into a big deal! if this was someone else this would be plastered everywhere 

Britney needs a whole new team, Britney needs her old assistant Fe back (who was fired by Jamie so he could have someone he liked as Brits assistant), Fe is close with Britney's mom and has been supporting the Free Britney Movement and has been seen with Lynne a lot recently - Fe is actually close with the guy who has the forum Absolute Britney which has been sued by Jamie, Fe actually sent him a sweet card telling him to stay positive.

I want Britney to be free with every atom in my body but too many shady shits happened in 10 years and absolutely nothing changed, I doubt the cship will end any time soon. The fact that her doctor died just days before going to court to talk about her mental health should have been a huge red alert to any judge, yet it's like nothing happened...

I think it's complicated for her to comeback unless she is free because of all the questions the media might ask about everything. I just hope She's free this year.

I honestly cannot imagine her doing any interviews, because she would have to address what has happened and I really cannot see her doing that  I think if she does 'come back', she'll do the bare minimum and no longer do interviews and only a few select performances! 

I hope she is free this year too
