It’s honestly probably them just getting rid of them. I know there are A LOT of different variants/versions of the cd and vinyl. 
 

but the way the BTS fans are still crying about Billie being the best selling is so funny to me. Hihihi

They obviously refused to heavily discount because it would look bad so they made it look like an accident.
