Not to mention that the hard to understand lyrics and the little known things about the background of what inspired the song are very chilling (in a bad way). In my opinion, it could be about her sexual assault and her rumored miscarriage, because she repeats the word "baby" many times and the lyrics sound like a blackout during a traumatizong experience.
