Uggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! I ****ing hate this stupid dumb ass retarded ****!!!!! :grr: All I want is my ****ing TICKET!!! Is that too much to ask?!?!

This whole thing has totally ruined the excitement I had for going to the BTW Ball. Now I'm just stressed out and worried instead of excited. Thanks a lot to whoever came up with this will call only ****.

It's so people don't re-sell the ticket and make profit.

Alright! I was able to have my penn state, detroit and ft. lauderdale tickets mailed! At a charge of 5$ per order. I was denied boston, philly and chicago.

The canadian ones (toronto, montreal, hamilton) had to contact their management, so they will be phoning me back today.

YAY!

Can you update me for the Montreal date when you'll have new info? :)

Who gives a s--t about that?!?! :grr: I don't really care if scalpers are gonna try to re-sell their tickets for a profit. If someone wants to go, but didn't buy their ticket early and now has to get it off of somewhere like eBay or StubHub for 3x the price, then that's THEIR problem and fault. We shouldn't have to deal with all this s--t and stress with trying to get our tickets cause of that.

I just want my ticket in hand so I don't have to worry about any complications that could arise while trying to get into the Monster Pit. :wtf: And what REALLY pisses me off, is that SOME people were able to have their tickets delivered while others were denied it. SO UNFAIR. :grr:

Tbh, Will Call is probably the reason she isn't selling as well for TBTWB as she was TMB. Scalpers buy and sell all those ****ty tickets. Since they're will call, they can't possibly buy them and sell them this time around.

I talked to Ticketmaster today for the Toronto show and the woman told me that they had gotten a lot of complaints on will call so they sent out a request to LiveNation to lift this rule. She said they'd most likely be getting a response tomorrow and doesn't see why they would say no. She said that it says that tickets cannot be emailed out but says nothing about not mailing them. She took my number and told me she would call me after she heard from LiveNation and let me know whether or not they'd be able to ship them, but thinks they will.

So they are willing to mail the tickets out?

It sounds like it. They need permission from LiveNation, but I think each venue has to get permission separately. Not 100% sure if that's exactly how this works, but from what I've gathered some shows are letting their tickets be switched as of earlier this week and others are still waiting on word.

Yup, I just got an email from ticketmaster telling me that the will call restriction had be lifted and that I could pick the tickets up at a ticketmaster retail outlet for the Jan 11 show in Vancouver!

HORRORHOLIC

I really hope the Will Call for Toronto is changed. I don't trust getting them mailed so I would rather go pick them up if it's possible. I really hate the idea of waiting to have the tickets in my hand until the last minute!!

Emails from Ticketmaster:

"We have not received any notification that this lift on the delivery restriction will be the case for any shows other than the Vancouver dates. Be assured that Ticketmaster posts event information on our site as soon as we get it. So keep checking Ticketmaster.ca for information."

Then I inquired why i was able to change 3 of mine, and how I was promised calls back and received none.

"We're sorry you never heard back from the agent you were speaking with. Sometimes when we reach out to the promoter, it can take longer than 24 hours to receive a response.

The Rogers Arena in Vancouver has its own policies, and they decided to lift the Will Call Only restriction for the Lady Gaga show. Unfortunately the Air Canada Centre in Toronto has decided to enforce the Will Call Only restriction on certain tickets"

I'm going to try calling the BOK Center next week to see if I can get my Tulsa tickets mailed to me. They were one of the few who would redirect you to their site, not through Ticketmaster.
