The Solution to Will Call!

Ugh, I think Ticketmaster changed my tickets back to Will Call after they told me they would be delivered. Dang.

Edit: Okay they are still being delivered. Close call.

Was 'Will Call' the only option when you bought your tickets originally?

I got mine changed to ticketfast. I just emailed their customer support.

How long did they take to respond. I sent them an e-mail almost 24 hours ago and I still haven't heard back :/.

Oh okay. I was afraid the e-mail wasn't sent. What exactly did you tell them in the e-mail, if I may ask?

That there was going to be an issue getting the tickets via will call. And that I was wondering if I could switch it to a different method of delivery.

I would encourage anyone who is has the FORCED WILL CALL set on their tickets to send an email to Little Monsters.com. Though it's no guarantee , perhaps if enough of us write in our concerns, this will be addressed by the promotional team.I have been back and forth with TicketMaster and the United Center (where my show will be in Chicago) and they have offered no help.

Here is what I sent to Little Monsters via the [email protected]. If someone has an alternate email address that they think will work better please post.

"Hello,

I've written before here because TicketMaster and the concert venue have offered NO help in the matter.

Myself and many other fans are concerned about the process of waiting in line for the Monster Pit when our pre-sale GA tickets purchased have a FORCED WILL CALL set on them.

How will this effect waiting in line for Monster Pit access at 8am when we are not allowed to have our physical hard tickets until shortly before the show?

If this could somehow be addressed not only for myself but for the other Little Monsters who are feeling a bit stressed over the FORCED WILL CALL situation, it would be immensely appreciated.

Thank you for your time and I sincerely hope to hear back,

Kimberly K.

P.S. Here is a link where this topic is being discussed. Also, this has been discussed heavily in the FB event page for the Chicago dates (my dates) and I can assume it's in the other dates as well.

Good idea. I'll write to them too once Ticketmaster replies to me (if they do).

A little update:

Apparently a group of people who were successful in getting their tickets printed and mailed recieved an email alert today letting them know that those tickets will not be effective and that they should be discarded as they will not gain them entry. They must pick up their tickets at Will Call.

This is very irresponsible of TicketMaster and I have made them aware of my thoughts though that's not likely to change the outcome of this fiasco.

All we can do is voice our opinions and if nothing happens then the only option is to wait in the Monster Pit line (if that is your goal) and keep a copy of the ticket receipt on you till Will Call opens. Considering that many of us are on the same boat, hopefully fellow fans will be curteous as people step out of line to collect their tickets.

It's a shame for those who gave tickets as a gift.
