I called Ticketmaster and they told me that the General Admission tickets were will call only and there's nothing they can do. pink sushi 4,351 Posted September 18, 2012 Author Share Posted September 18, 2012 I had a similar situation when I saw Adele in 2010... all you have to do is call ticketmaster and request that your name be added to the list of people who can pick up the tickets at Will Call. They'll ask for some information like your order number first though, so make sure you have that on hand. When you go to pick up the tickets, make sure you have your dad's credit card and your ID. Hope this helps you some! I called Ticketmaster and they authorized me to pick up the ticket. But i'm worried about the GA line.....can you still wait in line and get a wrist band for the Monster Pit if your tickets are still at will call???? Do they check your ticket when they give you the wristband?!!??!? i think that the box office opens before they give out the wristbands, at some shows they gave them out like 15 minutes before they let people inside, so you can get your tickets as soon as the box office opens and you should be fine. And you might have to take the ticket by your self on ticketmaster office nearby your area. So ask them where you can obtain it when you call them for cobfirmation. I hope this will help.
