It's actually impossible for Blackout to be overrated/overhyped

If we come back to the release of Gimme More and Blackout, yes the album was mind blowing, a big shock and a big surprise to that time, it was just so different, nobody expected it, in some sense, you had to live that moment to appreciate and understand this album..

I think it just didn't age well and many artists rode on that trend so the appreciation just faded.
