DIVA 666
After all Madonna has done.... :pukey: Sorry, but she doesn't deserve Gaga. She just wants the name Gaga to work with because Nicki and MIA didn't cut it. Madonnas been like this since the beginning of her career though. USER. We're all Stronger Together! Kayla 7,595
So she trashes her and now she want her back ? That's what I'm thinking. I mean, isn't this the same woman who did a BTW/EY mashup, followed by "She's Not Me" while Little cartoon Monsters walked around on the screen behind her eating cans of cone bras, hair boys, and other Gaga-related things? Blatant shade, and that's not the only time she's dissed Gaga. Even the comment about imitation being flattery is a backhanded compliment. Which makes me suspicious. Would she be getting Gaga on stage with her as the ultimate troll, just a huge shade? Would she try to overshadow her? Could she be doing it for the publicity? Or does she genuinely want to work with Gaga for positive reasons? I want to see it happen, but I doubt Madonna's intentions.
SEANGT 5,280
I hope she does. I mean Madonna is great. The only thing where she sucks at is her try to join the electric music scene and the way she is treating Lady Gaga. Madonna saved millions of lives too, not only with inspiring people + encouraging the LGBT communtiy but also being absolutely against wars. She even said that the USA shouldnt attack Iraq back in 2002. (I think it was 2002, not sure) Thats the reason why she's still a flop in most US radio stations. She 'sacrificed' her reputation in order to prevent war (didnt succeed but at least she tryed). She even said this once (my favorite quote from her): "Jesus preached this, Mohammed preached this, Buddha preached this. It's in every Holy Book. 'Love thy neighboor as thyself.' Ok? So you cannot use religion to treat other people badly - You cannot use God's name to treat other people badly!" I mean she's one of the few artists who really adress religious problems nowadays. And I think that that's something Gaga could relate to. They could both spread their messages (they are quite similiar) and it would go down in history. Almost every human knows them, everybody would get what they want cuz media will only talk about their collab. And with history I mean not only in the music industry, I mean history of mankind. Might be a bit exaggurated but Im sure they'd have an enormous impact on the future, people would start to live with each other and not against, no matter in what you believe in. Thank yoo for reading this far I think it might be good for people to see them put their differences aside, but the way you're making it out to be GaGa + Madonna = world peace is a little far-fetched imo. I for one would like them to collaborate and always have, but I do question Madonna's motives. I personally don't think she dislikes Gaga. Borrowing heavily is something they have in common, so I doubt she's genuinely pissed off over BTW. If anything it probably furthers how much she sees herself in her. She liked Gaga before, so it's not like there was no foundation of respect there. Ultimately, I think all her actions of late have been for publicity. She knew the world was waiting for her response, so she took full advantage and played the game for attention. It's obvious that a reconciliation between the two would be massive press, so now that's likely what she wants. If I were Gaga, I'd be hesitant. She's no doubt hurt by her idol trashing her, and now Madonna wants to play nice it could make her look like a pushover to concede. Then again, it'd blow things up further by blanking the request completely. To be honest, I think a neutral setting is more appropriate. Gaga appearing at Madonna's show (which features the EY/BTW/SNM mash up with LM backdrop) gives M all the power. I'd prefer a song collaboration mocking the feud that leaves neither looking bad. At the end of the day, a collab would draw a line under everything and I truly think it's the only way for Gaga to leave the Madonna comparisons behind. There's only so far detractors could rag on at her when Madonna herself would have clearly given her blessing and passed on the torch.
imasugarush 0
Madonna never really hated her, she was just being James Blunty to get people excited.. like she's done all her career. Gaga takes her work very seriously though.. and after seeing Ga's reaction in that interview about the likeness between Express Yourself and BTW.. I can't imagine she was too pleased when Madonna reinstated it xD. But for the very least, I think they should collab for peace, to show that to strong b---hes in the game can actually work side by side and respect/support eachother without an ego/jealousy thing getting in the way. I'm not even a biggg Madonna fan, but still. Although the way Madonna suggested a collab -imitation is the sinceserest form of flattery- .. in such a James Blunty albeit teasing way, if Gaga collabs now.. or at least soon, it's probally gonna make Gaga look like Madonna's b---h, so... :confuse: . Especially on the part about Gaga going to Madonna's show. It would be REALLY awesome for them to do a collaboration. (Could you imagine if she would have been able to perform with Michael on his This Is It tour AND do a collab with Madonna?)

Getting that kind of visual blessing from the King and Queen of pop music would seal the deal for Gaga tbh. Whilst obviously MJ did like her, it's a shame we have no recorded comment. The hype behind a Gaga/Madonna collaboration would be insane. Just think of the sheer scale they could go for with the video and performances. I'd love for a Tarantino shot assassin mini-film with the two trying to kill eachother, ending with them turning to shoot the camera.

HausOfBee 0
I don't think she should. Madonna basically started this whole "argument" by attacking Gaga over and over and Gaga never really gave a firm answer to her. If she goes to Madonna's show that would be letting Madonna end this whole "feud" on her terms that was never really a feud to begin with because Gaga hasn't played into it, so it's really one sided. Of course Madonna would want Gaga to go out on her stage in front of all her fans that paid premium dollar to see her just so Gaga could end up being booed probably and Madonna will have the last laugh at Gaga's expense. Gaga should just be the bigger person and ignore it just the way she has and let Madonna dig her own grave over the issue.
