Because he refuses to go. Remember the Labour mutiny right after the 2016 referendum? Even then a good number of MPs in his party saw his leadership as poor. I was sympathetic to him at the time, but if he refuses to go now after this humiliating defeat, he will be the worst thing that has ever happened to the Labour party (yes, including Blair). He will be just as guilty as the Tories in the catastrophe that Brexit is forecast to be. We deserve a proper leader. He must resign. If he doesn't, I see a much larger mutiny happening. Your country should be proud of how it welcomes EU residents. You belong in the EU. I will celebrate if Scotland chooses to leave the UK. Not only will you get the freedom you deserve, it'll also begin the break up of the UK which I will RELISH as we watch this piece of sh*t kingdom slowly crumble and reveal itself to be a pathetic little country with no clout.
