Yeah, being just as bad in the past is more evidence to *not* support someone that has consistently been awful  to me...  

Though id still argue its clear that hes gotten much worse since this presidential run... he still is inappropriately handsy with women and young girls at his rallies who try to talk to him despite being told to cut it out for example... things like putting his hands on their shoulders, saying inappropriate things, also being incredibly rude and dismissive to people, the list goes on and on and this isn't even referring to his "Gaffes" (read: offensive or incoherent comments that we excuse because hes old and centrist)

You can't compare a group of people whose own admitted reason for supporting Joe Biden according to polling is electability/familiarity and those who support someone like Bernie Sanders for his integrity and policies and vision (the things that actually make an impact on the quality of a president's term...). Older people are more likely voters, but its a losing strategy to *only* count on a smaller electorate to carry you to victory instead of trying to expand it, since we know the way Dems win elections is with higher voter turn out. This, combined with biden supporters second choice is typically Bernie Sanders, and the fact that most biden supporters arent enthusiastically supporting him (as in, they will almost certainly cast their vote for him) makes saying "love" kind of a stretch...

Old people are stubbornly obsessed with the idea of electability, not Joe Biden as a politican or a potential president.

Yeah, I didn’t say that.

 

He isn’t worse as far as being handsy, but he definitely has lost a few steps since he retired. Also, losing a child takes something out of you. 

 

I can and I did. I personally know many people who like Joe and want to vote for him over everyone else. They’ve known him a long time and want to return to some sort of normalcy in politics. They aren’t looking at polls and following the news everyday. They simply like who they feel comfortable voting for.
