It's actually really sad.  Lizzo is very talented.  She's a powerhouse vocalist and classically trained instrumentalist and should be topping the charts for showcasing her true talent, not buy pandering to today's trends.

 

This ratchet ass-out dress reminds me of her tweet about wearing Valentino, and how she spelled it "Valenti-Ho"...

 

I don't feel that's the kinda artist she wanted to be coming up.  I bet she wanted to be a sophisticated diva, but in order to get noticed, to get a hit, she had to pander to today's youth... and they love this kinda thing... unfortunately.

 

Hopefully she'll stop all of this silliness and just let her talent speak for itself... whether it leads to her flopping or not...

Because there are places and times for everything, in this case, Its unnecessary, its extremely attention grabbing (just like with Gaga),  its not to set a fashion trend or to send a message, the only reason she wore that is to say she did it and that she twerked on the big screen.

 

Oh and by the way, many people here have criticized Gaga when she did stuff like this or when she showed her vagina in a bar. Or when Madonna showed her boob on stage, and me personally even called out Justin Bieber's obsession with being shirtless, so yall should think it twice when trying to call out double standards that dont exist. Its a football game made so a lot of people can enjoy, not a place to show your ass around, and I dont care about your skin color, your weight, your age, your gender, your sexuality, your nationality, your political party, your religion, or what planet you come from. Leave that dress for Coachella or something like that intended for revealing outfits.
