Melech 9,900 Posted December 4, 2019 Share Posted December 4, 2019 A senior rabbi on a visit to the United Kingdom was severely beaten in London on Friday by two teenagers yelling anti-Semitic slurs. The rabbi, who has not yet been named, boarded a plane to Israel on Saturday night. The rabbi was reportedly approached at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Friday in Amhurst Park by two teenagers described as black and wearing dark, hooded clothing. They could have just stayed away and not caused any trouble, but of course they had to do this. I wish everyone would just accept and tolerate those around them. Whether he is to blame or not, I think the policing cuts are the biggest reason many cities are seeing a rising crime rate. I think disenfranchised people or ideologically extremist folks are causing these incidents And blaming a single person is kind of irresponsible and ignorant. Since 2015/16 the crime rate in the United Kingdom capital has increased in every reporting year, with the steepest increase occurring between 2016/17 and 2017/18.
