@The Bling did nothing wrong but showing you that Gaga knows of Paulina Rubio. They both follow each other on social media tbh.

Okay first of all I never said anything about Katy and quite frankly I don’t think her case is the same because the person she “copied” from is not a pop star or a singer, but a cartoon character.

And my point still stands that it’s annoying that once one female pop star does one thing then no other one is ever allowed to do it again, without being called a copycat. 

EDIT: as I’m writing this I’m realizing that it was Paulina Rubio who did the caution tape in the 80s and not Thalia lol cos for some reason I though that was Thalía even tho that member literally said it was Paulina lol. I just immediately thought that member was being rude like he was on your other thread so. 
 

THE POINT IS: both are successful pop stars and we should stop pitting women in music against each other.

I personally don't get the whole idea that someone owes a look. People take inspiration from other artists and that's okay! When Ava Max does something reminiscent to Gaga I don't get offended. I just go "cool I see she got inspired" literally no artist ever has not taken inspiration from other artists. 

In art we build on what comes before us. Monet was one of the founding impressionists. Does that mean if I paint in an impressionist style I am copying Monet? No. The whole point of art is to inspire others to make art (in my opinion). So if someone wears an outfit and it inspires others to wear a similar outfit that's fine. In fact that's great! Means your fav made an impact.
