Ryan Ross, 36, was charged Nov. 18 in Milwaukee County Circuit Court. Each count carries a maximum penalty of $10,000 in fines and 3½ years in jail. Sixty-seven of the cats had to be euthanized because of health problems related to lack of proper care, according to the criminal complaint. One cat was found dead in the basement. Being animal lover doesn't mean you have to be this way, cos in the end you will only make the animal suffer from lack of proper tender loving care. Just know your limit.
