There is a user who makes a bunch of Gaga filters (@aboomboompau). I can take credit for the lips...that is Haus Labs lip liner and gloss (Myth lip liner, combo of Blaze and Venus gloss). But, I kinda want to try and recreate the rest. I'd actually have the most difficulty with the smoky eye part...the lightning bolt would probably be pretty easy.
