There is no way Gaga is missing the Soundtrack category. Its a LOCK. And almost a locked win I should say. Its just not realistic. Last year Black Panther was nominated for both AOTY and Score Soundtrack

No, not necessarily.  Artists can submit as much as they want but it's up for the Grammys to choose which to give nominations to.

If these are true then the Blue Ribbon committee probably took away her nomination to include somebody else, because there is no way in hell A Star is Born didn't make the cut of EIGHT nominees.
