I learned some VERY basic VBA programming so I know how these macro recorders work. Quick Macros is very powerful b/c you can add your coding to it! open quick macro. click play button (red dot). Start clicking on the EMA page and then make sure your refresh is the last command THen on quick macro, press insert. Open quick macro and there's your code. I would save. Rep 100 (or whatever number) is the first line then indent the rest of the code. Here's what mine looks like.
