He’s dog whistling, the obvious intent of this is to make DADA individuals (and honestly, undocumented people in general) look bad. It’s kinda like when he called Mexicans rapists and then said “some I assume are good people”. You know what he wants us to think.

“Many” isn’t even accurate. To be a DACA recipient, they can’t be in the program. 

This group is young (as in young adults) and is either employed, in school or in the military and they can’t be guilty of a felony or have more than three misdemeanors.

It really just goes to show what disingenuous people are on the right. Even when the program is moderate and reasonable, the gop will throw out all the crazy stuff anyway. It’s just like when they called Obamacare socialism.
