That said, big kudos to the team that had to do a quick turnaround regarding this. Nintendo is more of a publisher when it comes to Pokemon. Game Freak is totally in charge of everything related to Pokemon. Sonic has just seemed like a Nintendo property since their past few games have been Nintendo exclusive. And their best games, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle and Sonic Adventure, were on the GameCube.
