Thoughts on someone with m&g throwing a letter, and possibly being picked?

if someone had meet and greet (and a lanyard around their neck) and they threw a letter after alejandro, and got picked to go on stage, what would be your opinion of this? unfair or totally fair?

If you can afford those M&G tickets and she picks your letter,tell her to take someone else backstage. It would be fair but wouldn't it give an horrendous feeling?

I get why it is and isn’t. No one can buy a ticket to sing on stage w/ her. So if someone is spending $2K+ to be there and is standing right there, they should take any opportunity they want. But I get why it isn’t, because it does take away a chance from someone else to go backstage. But the singing part, is fair, it’s a bit conflicting

I get that it takes away someone's opportunity to go backstage, but I feel like.. either way, it would only be 1 person's letter. Countless other people lose their chance when their letter isn't picked, idk, I don't think this scenario is particularly unfair but I can see why people would be mad since the m&g person already has the chance.

Since the letter is randomly picked by Gaga I guess it is fair. It is kind of like how rich people can still play the lottery and win. 

But I can understand why people would be upset that an opportunity was taken away from someone who hadn't met her before. 

Edit: I guess this can open up further discussion but I've always wondered... Is it fair for someone to throw multiples of the same letter up? I've read stories of people throwing like 20 of the same letter.

I think it's fair, they're  two separate things. If someone with M&G gets lucky, so be it, they have the same odds getting their letter picked as everyone else. Everyone should get a chance to shoot their shot at a fan experience money can't buy.

Now, would it be nice if they could transfer their M&G ticket to another person, absolutely! But I'm pretty sure that's not allowed , which isn't the fan's fault in the end.

both, I think during ARTPOP it was actually on purpose that the M&G letters were picked, but I could be wrong, the M&G of ARTPOP was very different.

People did this since the artRAVE. It's such overkill though, and highly obsessive imo.
