My only suggestions would be to add countour/shading to her face instead of making her skin a solid color, and to add highlights where the light hits her hair to make it look more realistic. You made a good form but now really look at the abstract shapes that make up features and you're on your way to something more 3dimensional. The nose isn't just a straight line and a round tip. There's angles there. Do you see the shape and shadow in the cheek hollows? And the shape and highlight in the apple? These details will help make it more realistic. If that's what he going for.
