I hope he eventually is at total peace with himself and starts taking care of himself. I still haven't reached that level and I'm 27. Like...things like that happen. I don't brush my teeth as often as I should. I don't shower every day because of gender dysphoria (shane has body dysmorphia but yeah). I get it. And I hope we both get our crap together soon.
