The whole performance was Gaga inspired. It resembles the Applause x VMA perf.(changing wigs, and changing infront of audience), Superbowl x Gaga (harness action)., "99 people 1 person" speech.. but Vice said it differently..

 

Kinda a mess, but the message was delivered. Vice Ganda is currently the biggest gay celebrity in the Philippines.

I watched it live on tv and that whole performance was a mess. It was literally a rip off of Gaga's and Sia's performances.   But kudos to her dedicating the performance to people with alopecia.
