She looked miserable. She later canceled Joanne because of her fibromyalgia so maybe that was it but she’s never gone back to normal. Look at her eyes in the pic she just posted. Look at her face while she’s gambling the other night. She doesn’t seem happy to me. On stage sure she seemed ok but that was just a moment. Two hours of performing. How about the rest of the time. She seemed like an emotional zombie during awards season. Actually during the entire roll out for ASIB. She was either crying her eyes out or on auto pilot. H*ll, people have been talking about it with Duchess Meghan in the news recently. But honestly she's kind of lucky—I usually hate using the term SJW, because so many awful people use in a critical way to slam us liberals and leftists, but I could absolutely see her getting dragged by those very sensitive, dramatic tumblr SJW types on twitter as a "wealthy white woman who dares to compare her suffering to prison" even tho it's clearly a metaphor. But there's a bunch of news going on, including entertainment news, so it's not a slow news day and people aren't looking to drag folks over the mildest thing. I think she's okay, but I do think it's probably "harder" to be famous nowadays with social media being so big, etc. It's also like people are always waiting to tear someone down. She obviously loves performing, but I wonder how much fun she gets out of the rest of it anymore....and lbr her fans are sometimes Gaga's worst enemy. For example, all that sh*t about her voice got picked up by some of the more mainstream twitter accounts and was framed as "fans worry about Gaga's voice." As far as I know, it didn't spread to like Billboard or anything like that...but still...and it just came across my TL. And I think Gaga's aware to a certain extent about that sort of thing—especially as some of those big accounts tagged her. There's been studies that social media can impact one's health, so Gaga's gotta deal with that, a fresh break up, the stress from LG6, etc.... Tweets not problematic at all, just a bit of a dramatic metaphor, but I can absolutely see some people being obtuse and accusing Gaga of comparing being famous to literally being in prison. She’s probably writing and digging deep in herself, and probably that’s hard and emotionally exhausting. Its the reality of an artist I think. She’ll be okay! I’m sure she is getting anxious and wanting to express her feelings and pain to us through her music, and is sharing a glimpse of that through her social media.
