Most likely refugees or human trafficking but the exact causes will take time to come to light. We know the driver's been charged but whether he had anything to do with it directly is unknown yet. Don't know how the truck got from Bulgaria to Ireland to the UK all the while escaping security check detection. Some truly dark stuff goes on in this world.
