bigpinkenergy 1,015
they actually get a hotel room so they can shower and stuff. Still idk how they have the time and money to camp and be off work/school.
KingAlanI 3
So camping out means being dirty? Your logic is flawed. Do you think people go camping and don't shower? Educate yourself please. In general, one can sometimes go a couple days without showering, but it sounds like people are camping for way longer than that. Here, I meant waiting in line camping instead of nature camping or something. On a nature trip, you aren't giving up your spot to go shower. Also, taking 'your' spot back is stealing it from the person behind you/your group.
KingAlanI 3
Somebody should "get a life" because they feel passionate enough to wait for days on end to meet somebody they love/admire/respect/etc? What kind of screwed up logic Judgmental people like you need to just stop. That level of passion is insanely obsessive, so even if you call it that, I'm with Warholian Bitch here. How many of us are really rich enough to truly afford this, instead of middle class people scraping up a ridiculous portion of their resources? How many of us are really rich enough to truly afford this, instead of middle class people scraping up a ridiculous portion of their resources? I love Gaga, I admire her work and I wish I can meet her, but I would never wait for day in the streets for a concert!! Just because I'm obsessed with the idea of being front row or meeting her, it doesn't mean that I don't love her or that I'm less a fan... But one thing is love and passion and another one is obsession...

KingAlanI 3
Are you going to both Philly shows? :) Say you are!! And yeah, me too. One of those circular ones like Craig had. That was genius. All the other ones have to be assembled and take too long to disassemble. MY BODY IS READY. For the MB, I went to both 2010.07.01 and 2010.07.02, each in Boston. I regretted it. Even though I liked it the 1st time, there was nothing new the 2nd time. I regretted my 4th (2011.03.04 Buffalo) for a similar reason. My 3rd (2010.08.06 Chicago) was an exception because it was Lollapalooza. If she shook up the setlist, I would have been more interested in multiple shows. The one other time I saw an act twice on the same tour, they played several different songs each time, and some of the repeated songs were played in a different order. I'm used to A-frame tents. Assembling them can be a pain, especially if it's large/tall and/or the pieces of the tent poles are separate. Disassembling them can be a pain, especially if they got messy and/or you have trouble getting everything back in the bags. Also, you have to make sure you didn't lose any pieces. I haven't used any other tent types, so I can't compare.

Doug 186
I actually think whats even worse is the people that do that every year for the slightly thinner and lighter iphone At least meeting gaga could technically be a once in a lifetime experience but the iphone is just an object and its a new one every year and if you order online you could get it a few days after instead of sleeping on the street for a week to get it the very first day.
