Cuz they must have been some piece of glass on the piano. Also she was really close so a piece could have also entered her eyes . How did she pull this off safely? It is usually used for movie props so it is not hurting anyone and actually very thin, hence easy to crack/break. If you seen action movies where anyone had to go through and break the windows glass or hitting someone with glass bottle, it's exactly this kind of glass.
