I need to return 2 products, that are unused and unopened. I’ve sent over 5 e-mails, reached out to them on FB, IG, TW...nothing. My shipping code has worked for weeks, I emailed 4 times and finally someone replied, with an apology and a $10 discount code for my next purchase and said a problem occurred where my shipment wasn’t actually processed. Not sure if you sent them private messages or public messages, but I think public is the way to go. Meanwhile, keep emailing them! Good luck. I hope they'll improve their customer support.
